Each implementation
should leave something useful.
A workflow. The context behind a decision. Examples of a good result. Corrections that prevent the same mistake. Together, these give the next implementation a better starting point.
Our design begins with approved employee contributions and business knowledge. Customers should be able to review, correct, and carry this work forward. Existing business systems remain authoritative.
Human judgment belongs in the process. Access to information, authority to act, and responsibility to approve are distinct. The people responsible for a workflow must be able to understand its activity.
Our first product starts with selected workflows. Our research asks how this accumulated experience could support richer computational representations of organizations.

What should change,
and what should endure?
Compare configurations against the organization as it is now. Preserve the useful scenarios and evidence, record what changed, and test whether an adaptation actually helps.
Evolve the relationship. Keep the accumulated understanding.
