Responding to enquiries
We use the contact details and message you provide to answer your enquiry and discuss work you request. This supports our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence. Steps you request before a contract may also provide a basis for processing.
Only provide information needed for the conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential business records.
Access and retention
Enquiries are handled by Harklane’s publisher and the service providers needed to receive and store them. Email forwarding is provided by Namecheap and email storage by Google. These providers may process information outside the EEA under their applicable data protection arrangements.
Our retention policy is to delete routine enquiries within 12 months after the last substantive exchange. Records needed for a contract or legal obligation are retained for that purpose. This requires periodic review of the inbox.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies where legally relevant. You may also lodge a complaint with CNIL.
Website storage
This site uses no advertising cookies or analytics. Your browser stores your chosen colour theme locally. The hosting provider may process technical request logs to deliver and protect the site.
