For teams
Someone on your team has already worked it out.
They found a way to use AI that saves real hours. Usually nobody else can see it, and it leaves when they move on.

The team view, with an example company.
What we’re building toward
Harklane starts with one person and their tools. For a company, the idea grows from there: find the practices that work, write them down well enough that a colleague can repeat them, and check them again when the tools change.
The next AI tool your company adopts should be able to start from what your people already learned.
Start with one workflow
Bring one team and one task it repeats every week. We look at how the task is done today, with and without AI, and write up a version others can run, with examples and the checks a reviewer would make. You keep it.
Where it helps, we can also draft it as a skill for an AI agent to test against. What we look at and what we can access are agreed with you first.
What stays yours
Your systems stay the source of truth. A person approves what an agent changes. You can read and correct everything we write down.
